Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be supporting our team with various tasks related to troubleshooting of operating systems, application support, and AV/Conference room setup. Your daily responsibilities will include interacting with clients, processing technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Providing excellent client service support and dealing with queries effectively • Troubleshooting operating system and email client issues to ensure seamless operation • Supporting the use of applications and aiding in any technical difficulties • Setting up and maintaining AV/Conference rooms for meetings and video conferences • Being readily available to assist in the setup of meetings across offices • Utilizing team collaboration tools for most meetings and facilitating connections with other offices • Bringing any type of AV experience to the table, as it is a crucial aspect of the role • Leveraging skills in Android Development, Networking Technologies, Virtualization Technologies, Mac Computers, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is essential. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required. • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is a must. • Ability to work with Mac Computers is necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft products is essential. • Experience with Active Directory is required. • Familiarity with Apple Devices is necessary. • Skills in Computer Hardware are needed. • Knowledge of Configuration Management is required. • Experience in Deployments is a must.
