Help Desk Analyst
Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a local retail client in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing users with hardware setup, password resets, email troubleshooting, and general desktop application support. Additional responsibilities include configuring new PCs, supporting printers, deploying technical equipment, and logging all technical support calls into the ticketing system.
