Help Desk Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst based in Golden Valley, MN. This role focuses on providing comprehensive technology support to our team, serving as the primary point of contact for all technology-related matters. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and detail-oriented responses to all inquiries. • Utilize your skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Microsoft platforms to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. • Maintain a detailed record of customer issues and their resolutions in our ticketing system. • Coordinate with senior support resources for complex issues requiring further expertise. • Manage user accounts, including the provisioning and deprovisioning of access. • Provide technical support for Apple Devices and Mac Computers, as well as Windows Remote Desktop environments. • Oversee the installation and setup of technology equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • Ensure the proper functioning of all computer hardware within the company. • Deliver remote desktop support to employees across the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must. • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required. • Experience with Mac Computers is necessary. • Proficient in Microsoft software and systems. • Knowledge of Active Directory is essential. • Ability to troubleshoot Apple Devices. • Understanding of Computer Hardware is crucial. • Ability to Provide Technical Support to users. • Experience with Remote Desktop Support is required. • Knowledge of Windows Remote Desktop is necessary.
