Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst for an opportunity in East Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be part of a team that provides technical support to users employing your knowledge in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Configuration Management. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Android devices and Mac Computers. • Utilize Cisco Technologies to troubleshoot network issues. • Employ Citrix Technologies for managing virtualized applications. • Handle the configuration management of digital devices. • Oversee the deployment of new software and hardware. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and solutions. • Work effectively with team members to ensure a high level of customer service and support. • Document all support interactions and steps taken to resolve issues. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of IT support. • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or outages.
