Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Marana, Arizona. This role is primarily focused on providing efficient and effective support to the business in the industry. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for handling Microsoft Office365 Administration tasks as well as hardware troubleshooting, to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Administer Microsoft Office365 and ensure its efficient operation • Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement solutions • Provide support for the business by developing a backup plan in case of staff absence • Ensure proper Configuration Management and Deskside Support • Maintain and manage Active Directory • Deal with EO/IR systems and Lotus Notes • Handle tasks related to Desktop Hardware and O 365 • Utilize Citrix Technologies for better operational efficiency • Manage and maintain the Database in an organized manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies. • Solid understanding of Database management. • Experience with EO/IR systems. • Familiarity with Lotus Notes. • Proficient in Suite. • Experience working with Active Directory. • Knowledge of Computer Hardware. • Proficient in Configuration Management. • Previous experience in Deskside Support. • Understanding of Desktop Hardware. • Familiarity with O 365. • Proficient in using Office 365.
