Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will play a crucial role in our team, providing technical support, training team members, and enhancing our troubleshooting methods. Responsibilities: • Offering technical assistance for the configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. • Responding to technical inquiries in person, over the phone, via email or through remote access. • Creating and updating training manuals for computer users and team members. • Engaging with customers to gather feedback to improve training methods. • Guiding other team members on diagnosing and troubleshooting problems. • Regularly assessing reports to identify common complaints and issues. • Utilizing skills in Microsoft's products, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Office 365, Peripheral Devices, Peripheral Equipment, and Basic Troubleshooting for end-user support. Requirements • Proficiency in popular office software suites, including a firm grasp of Office 365. • Solid understanding and experience with Active Directory. • Demonstrable knowledge of Computer Hardware. • Familiarity with Peripheral Devices and Peripheral Equipment. • Proven experience in Basic Troubleshooting. • Strong abilities in providing End-User Support. • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work well in a team environment. • Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning and skills development.
