Help Desk Analyst I
Description Help Desk 1 (Evening Shift) Hours: 3pm - Midnight (Sunday - Thursday) $70K - $75K + benefits MUST BE WITHIN ONE HOUR COMMUTE OF DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES *90% remote. Must be onsite for 1 month of training and then fully remote with occasional onsite throughout the year. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the legal industry based in Los Angeles, California. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will handle a variety of tasks related to troubleshooting, software application, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Address and solve approximately 25-35 incidents daily in a detail oriented Help Desk environment • Proficiently operate with Microsoft Office Suite 2013/2016/2019/365 • Troubleshoot software applications and provide training on commonly used legal applications as necessary • Provide expert support for Windows performance and connectivity issues • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and users • Handle printer problems and service desk tickets • Operate audio video systems effectively Requirements • 2+ years of professional experience in a Help Desk role managing issues remotely through a ticketing system • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Willingness to work evening shift • Skilled in managing Service Desk Tickets • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 • Capable of resolving Audio Video related issues • Experienced in troubleshooting Printer Problems • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures nice to have • Familiarity with law firm's computer systems and software nice to have • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
