Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in AUDUBON, Pennsylvania. This role is within the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry and involves providing support to end users, managing system changes, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting end users through the ticketing process and ensuring a smooth resolution process
• Handling both activations and deactivations as per requirements
• Implementing system changes and updates when necessary
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
• Utilizing Office 365 and other tools for daily tasks and operations
• Gaining familiarity and working with FreshDesk ticketing system
• Proficiency in working with Mac systems and devices
• Utilizing Active Directory in daily tasks
• Supporting the on-site staff and addressing their technical issues
• Maintaining a high level of proficiency in working with SmartSheet. Requirements • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Mac Computers.
• Strong proficiency in various technologies and software.
• In-depth understanding and experience with Active Directory.
• Demonstrated expertise in Office 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and customer support.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• An understanding of ITIL principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as the role may require providing support outside of standard business hours.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
