Description
We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team situated in TEMPE, Arizona. This role primarily functions within the technology industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to end users, setting up necessary hardware and software, and maintaining the overall functionality of our company applications.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical assistance on a variety of software applications to all end users, tackling issues related to Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office, operating systems, and internal company application accessibility.
• Facilitate the setup of printers, copier/scanners, and internet routers, ensuring users are appropriately connected.
• Be actively involved in the installation of operating systems and standard desktop applications as per requirements.
• Respond to AV needs in huddle spaces and conference rooms promptly and efficiently.
• Equip company training meetings with necessary hardware and software setups.
• Ensure regular, timely, and predictable attendance to provide consistent support.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
• Leverage skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to enhance work output and efficiency.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
+ Associates degree or technology-related certificate
+ Two years of technology-related experience
+ A+ certification is highly preferred
+ Windows 10/11 certifications are highly preferred
+ Network + certification is highly preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
+ Solid understanding of TCP/IP, networking technologies, Windows 10/11 operating systems, and printing technologies.
+ Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees.
+ Ability to understand and speak English clearly.
+ Ability to install operating systems and replace hardware components.
+ Ability to effectively diagnose hardware problems and resolve issues quickly.
+ Ability to multi-task with multiple demanding issues.
