Description We are offering a Contract-to-Hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I, based in Midland, Texas. This role involves serving as a key point of contact between employees and the IT department, providing high-quality support, and handling assigned IT projects. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary support for all IT-related queries between the organization and its employees. • Troubleshoot and provide support for a variety of devices including computers, printers, phones, and more. • Regularly monitor the Help Desk website to promptly respond to support tickets and assist end users. • Ensure exceptional support is provided to all employees by following up on all assigned issues. • Escalate complex or advanced issues to a superior in a timely manner. • Configure new systems and equip them with the necessary software under the instruction of the IT Director. • Support a range of desktop applications as directed, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other necessary software. • Provide support for systems running both Windows OS and Mac OS. • Troubleshoot and provide support for various communication devices including Blackberries, Android Devices, iPhones, and Tablets. • Communicate all requirements and needs to the IT Director. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is required. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is a must. • Experience with Citrix Technologies is desired. • Ability to work with Mac Computers is necessary. • Knowledge of Microsoft software and tools is essential. • Proficiency in using Active Directory is needed. • Experience with Apple Devices is required. • Understanding of Computer Hardware is crucial. • Skills in Configuration Management are necessary. • Experience in system Deployments is a plus.
