Help Desk Analyst I
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I at our location in Odessa, Texas. The primary role of the Help Desk Analyst I is to provide on-site technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing technology systems. This role involves working closely with the manufacturing team to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Responsibilities: • Provide in-depth technical support for all manufacturing-related IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues • Handle the installation and configuration of new equipment and software in the manufacturing environment • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to comprehend their IT requirements and deliver efficient solutions • Carry out regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain the efficiency of manufacturing operations • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical issues • Offer training and support to manufacturing staff on the use of IT systems and equipment • Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to effectively perform tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is required. • Must have experience with Cisco Technologies. • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is necessary. • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers is essential. • Knowledge of various Microsoft products and systems is needed. • Experience with Active Directory is a must. • Capable of handling Apple Devices and addressing their issues. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required. • Expertise in Configuration Management is crucial. • Experience in managing and executing Deployments is necessary.
