Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the Customer Services industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely manner, managing various aspects of our customer service operations, and maintaining an organized and efficient helpdesk system.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware and software issues using various platforms.
• Manage and maintain Office 365 email access for customers.
• Regularly update and reimage Windows Operating Systems.
• Manage and ensure smooth operations of LAN/WAN.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via our internal ticket system, phone, and email.
• Regularly monitor VPN and File permissions and access.
• Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk inquiries.
• Oversee the remote reimaging of laptops.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to all tasks, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast with the latest developments in cloud computing and desktop hardware.
Requirements • Strong proficiency in Desktop Hardware
• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with MS Windows 10
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers
• Experience in a similar role within the Customer Services industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
