Help Desk Analyst II
Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing vendors, undertaking physical work, and assisting in the onboarding process. This role will also involve providing remote support to customers and maintaining a high level of communication and customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with various vendors including those for phone and printer partners • Undertake physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, moving office supplies, and redeploying hardware • Assist in the onboarding process by providing clear instructions and guidance to new team members • Provide remote IT help desk support via phone, email, etc. to both MAC and PC users • Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills to support executive staff • Document all customer interactions and issues in the company ticketing system (ServiceNow) • Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve recurring issues in the environment • Provide executive support ensuring technologies such as Wi-Fi, iPhones, iPads, and computers are synced and functioning properly • Support and troubleshoot Apple and Windows computer systems, popular mobile platforms like iOS and Android, and Microsoft Office applications • Own and manage assigned product groups or service areas for the Global Service Desk • Develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify computer systems based on customer or system design specifications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.
