Description Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist Location: West Los Angeles, CA Salary: Up to $80,000 per year About the Firm: Join a prestigious California-based transactional real estate law firm with 250 end users across three locations. This firm is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in legal services, offering a collaborative and professional work environment. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a VIP-level "white glove" service mindset. This role involves supporting end-users, managing document management systems, and collaborating with the Tech Trainer to ensure users are proficient in legal software and tools. Key Responsibilities: + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end-users, resolving technical issues efficiently. + Manage and troubleshoot Office365, Active Directory, Windows, Zoom, and Teams environments. + Support and maintain iManage and other relevant legal or trial software applications. + Work closely with the Tech Trainer to deliver training and ensure users are proficient with legal software tools. + Recommend and present potential upgrades or new applications to stakeholders. + Assist with SCCM management (a plus) and other IT tools as needed. + Deliver white-glove service to VIPs and stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role, preferably in a law firm or similar professional industry. + Strong understanding of iManage or other document management systems. + Proficiency in Office365, Active Directory, Windows, and video conferencing tools (Zoom or Teams). + Exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. + Experience with SCCM or similar systems is a plus.
