Help Desk Analyst II
Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where you will be working alongside a team of IT professionals, taking charge of approximately 15-20 tickets per day. This position presents an opportunity to work in a Microsoft and Windows 10 environment, with a focus on M365 and Azure AD. For consideration, contact Abigail Fox. Responsibilities: • Provide support for 170 users, working collaboratively with our IT team • Be the point of contact for technical issues, handling tickets efficiently • Manage user accounts in an M365 environment, including activating, deactivating, and modifying licenses • Work with Azure AD, including multifactor authentication and security measures • Support Azure Security Groups and VPN Groups • Handle desktop support tasks such as hardware support, imaging, and new user device creation • Install operating systems on devices and manage software applications • Provide AV support, troubleshooting meeting rooms and working with Crestron and Teams • Manage printer and scanner support, primarily working with Canon and Sharp devices • Coordinate group policies, including adding and removing users • Keep track of inventory and handle asset tagging.
