Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Temecula, California, 92590, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our IT department, assisting with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and more. You will work with Mac Computers and Microsoft systems, and will be responsible for managing the Active Directory and Apple Devices. Your role will also include tasks related to Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. Responsibilities • Provide assistance with Android Development and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Manage and maintain Cisco Technologies for smooth functioning of the IT department • Operate and troubleshoot Citrix Technologies to ensure optimal performance • Handle Mac Computers, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently • Work with Microsoft systems, addressing any technical issues and ensuring they are up to date • Manage the Active Directory, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date • Maintain and troubleshoot Apple Devices, ensuring they are working at peak performance • Manage and maintain Computer Hardware, troubleshooting any issues that arise • Oversee Configuration Management, ensuring systems are set up accurately and efficiently • Handle Deployments, ensuring they are executed accurately and on schedule. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is a must. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required. • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is essential. • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers is needed. • Proficient in Microsoft applications and systems. • Experience with Active Directory is necessary. • Ability to service and support Apple Devices is desirable. • Understanding of Computer Hardware is required. • Skilled in Configuration Management. • Experience in Deployments is an added advantage.
