Target Range:

$26.00 /Hr. - $33.00 /Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are looking for Help Desk Engineer to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for providing first and second level support of hardware, software, and operating systems for PC and Apple-based computing products across Axos Bank, Axos Clearing, and Axos Advisor Services. In addition to a strong technical aptitude and desire to learn, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

This position will report on-site at our HQ, San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

Image, deploy in office and ship desktop and laptop computers for remote usersOnboarding new users with providing them imaged computer with all required equipment and software installed per their roleOffboarding users, collecting computers and disabling accessTracking all inventory items including, items shipped, items currently in stock and items assigned to the usersProvide first and second level technical supportHandle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues as they arrive and route issues to relevant departmentsManage IT Support ticket system and assist IT Support to meet Service Level Agreement goalsDeploy all new hire workstations and equipment ahead of timeRegular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all company workstation systemsWorkstation software and hardware installation, maintenance, support, and inventoryProvide excellent customer support to on-site and remote employees via phone and/or remote desktop sessionsAssist in development and health of imaging system

Requirements:

Associate's degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher4+ years' in software applications, Windows, and hardware support in an enterprise environmentTier 1 or higher Desktop Architecture-centered experienceDesktop support and working knowledge of Systems, Security and Networking, local and client-server applications, functions, and support SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS and VMWare platforms
