Help Desk Engineer
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users' satisfaction.Install and maintain software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, and computers.Assist with network administration tasks.Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT service desk or helpdesk.Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is a must.Fluent in Network.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.Able to focus under pressure.Gender preference: Male.
