Description We are seeking a proactive and skilled Help Desk II detail oriented. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. You will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience through timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide tier-2 support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Assist in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software. Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Collaborate with other IT teams for issue resolution and escalations. Maintain and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and Active Directory. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
