Title – Help Desk Level 1 Position – Contract (6+ Months) Location – Cherry Hill, NJ Rate - $Open (Best Possible Requirements Responsibilities: + Participate in project planning and scheduling. + Ensure assigned project tasks are completed completely and on time. + Ensure proper documentation, notification, and escalation of all incidents. + Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person. + Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problems. + Identify and troubleshoot issues related to routing, switching, Activity Directory, DHCP and DNS. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Lead. Required Skills: + 3 years related work experience or BS in Information Systems or related field. + Must exhibit a clear, friendly, professional phone manner. + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users. + Able to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail. + Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems + Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Mac OSX, SMB network equipment. + Experience with Microsoft Office 365. + Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute. + Must have reliable transportation. + Must be able to physically lift and move existing and new PC system components.
