Help Desk Manager
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Manager in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, located in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role involves overseeing operational support, handling hotline calls, managing technical support staff, and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Managing and supervising technical support staff and ensuring all tickets and issues are properly addressed. • Overseeing the operations of the help desk, including the management of assets, ordering, and provisioning. • Ensuring clear and effective communication within the team and with customers, and acting as the primary point of escalation. • Maintaining accurate records of customer credit applications and managing customer inquiries. • Ensuring the adherence to and updating of procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Overseeing the management of user admin tasks, including handling Office 365 application and access issues and user admin issues. • Managing Windows hardware and computer peripheral support, as well as Active Directory group management. • Coordinating mobile device work, including resetting MFA within Azure, and managing Intune and Managed Engine Mobile Device management. • Overseeing the imaging of new machines and ensuring the ability to learn and manage new systems effectively. Requirements • Applicant must have proficiency in Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth network operations. • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is required for efficient virtualization and networking management. • The candidate should have expertise in Cloud Technologies for seamless data storage and retrieval. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary for effective IT infrastructure management. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) is essential for structured service delivery. • The candidate must have hands-on experience with Active Directory for proficient user and resource management. • Proficiency in Computer Hardware to handle and fix potential technical issues is required. • Configuration Management skills are necessary for maintaining system consistency and performance. • The candidate should have experience in Deployments for successful software and hardware implementation. • Deskside Support skills are required to provide effective technical support and customer service.
