Help Desk Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Manager in Orlando, Florida, within the Machinery Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be expected to manage and oversee the technology help desk, ensure efficient deployment and configuration management, and provide comprehensive deskside support to our team.
Responsibilities:
• Management and oversight of the technology help desk, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues
• Efficient deployment of Cisco, Citrix, Cloud and Dell Technologies across the organization
• Maintaining and updating the ITSM (IT Service Management) system for effective tracking and resolution of IT issues
• Providing comprehensive deskside support to all team members, assisting with hardware and software issues
• Active Directory management, ensuring the accurate configuration and updating of user accounts
• Configuration management, ensuring all systems and software are up to date and running optimally
• Managing deployments of new hardware and software across the organization
• Ensuring the effective use of Cloud Technologies in the organization's IT infrastructure
• Providing support and troubleshooting for Dell Technologies within the organization
• Offering guidance and support for Citrix Technologies to ensure optimal usage and functionality. Requirements • Proven knowledge and experience in working with Cisco Technologies
• Expertise in Citrix Technologies is essential
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their applications
• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) is necessary
• Demonstrated skills in managing Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management is needed
• Proven track record of managing software and hardware Deployments
• Prior experience in Deskside Support is a must-have
• Knowledge in machinery manufacturing industry is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
