Help Desk Manager
Description We are in search of a Help Desk Manager to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Los Angeles, California. The position involves managing customer service operations, supervising ticketing systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Supervise ticketing system operations, catering to around 600 users and managing 5 help desks. • Regularly prioritize and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution. • Manage and provide hands-on assistance with senior help desk technical issues. • Escalate complex issues to other teams as necessary. • Ensure adherence to ITIL practices (desirable but not mandatory). • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, to provide effective support. • Manage and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). • Utilize skills in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell technologies for efficient problem-solving. • Apply knowledge in ITSM, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support to daily tasks. • Oversee system, network, and security operations to ensure business continuity.
