Help Desk Supervisor/Senior Trainer
Position: Help Desk Supervisor/Senior Trainer Location: 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington, DC 20530 Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm after 6 months Company: AITHERAS LLC , working at the Office of the Pardon Attorney, Department of Justice Start Date: Upon completion of Security Clearance, through May 31, 2024, with potential for extension Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM window Responsibilities: + Provide on-site technical support and updates to a public-facing website. + Quickly learn and manage new data management systems. + Create, modify, and execute various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). + Offer technical assistance to both new and current users of internal database systems. + Conduct testing and updates following database upgrades or fixes. + Support office staff with technical issues, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment. + Uphold cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy principles. Basic Qualifications: + Excellent communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Experience with Drupal, TEAMS, SharePoint (administrative role preferred). + 2+ years of direct end-user support experience. + 1+ year of computer applications teaching/training experience. + Familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems of supported applications. + Expertise in government word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems. + Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work. + U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: + Government or litigation support environment experience. + Undergraduate degree. + Supervisory experience. + Familiarity with DOJ office automation environments and government IT. + Experience with payroll and financial management systems. + Automated litigation support experience. + Current or active clearance.
