Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Support detail oriented to join our team in the insurance sector, based in Garden City, New York. The role involves providing technical support for our infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, managing print room operations, and keeping up-to-date with system information and changes. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to technical assistance requests from team members and management. • Diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations. • Handle print room operations efficiently, including inventory management. • Stay updated on system information and changes to provide accurate support. • Maintain effective communication with team members and management about technical issues and resolutions. • Use knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Basic Network Troubleshooting to assist in problem-solving. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required. • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information is available. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a Help Desk Support role or similar • Proficiency in Windows 11 • Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365 • Experience with Active Directory management • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange • Basic understanding of network troubleshooting • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
