We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist in Elkhorn, WI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-directed, and efficiently manage their time while working across various departments. This role involves using the Track-It ticketing system to manage and resolve technical issues. The environment is primarily Windows-based, and is in the process of implementing Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft Teams, so knowledge in these areas is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users.
+ Manage and resolve support tickets using the Track-It ticketing system.
+ Assist in the implementation and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
+ Perform tasks related to Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
+ Support desktop hardware and software installations, configurations, and migrations.
+ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
Required Skills:
+ Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange Server.
+ Experience with help desk and service desk support.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10.
+ Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially Track-It.
+ Technical support experience in a Windows-based environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience as a PC technician, including hardware installation and configuration.
+ Knowledge of software installation and migration processes.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with the implementation and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
+ Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.50/hr.
