Job Title: Help Desk Support
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed individual with excellent customer service abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their time while working across various departments within the County, including HHS, Sheriff's Office, Lakeland School, and Public Works. The role involves using the Track-It ticketing system and requires proficiency in a Windows environment. Experience with Office 365 and Teams is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide in-person technical hardware support.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues within a Microsoft environment (Microsoft, Outlook, O365, etc.).
+ Install and troubleshoot PC/laptop hardware and peripherals such as printers and RFID technology.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.50/hr.
