Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Glynco, GA
Clearance: Public Trust
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Responsibilities· Provides phone and Tier I, II and III support to users in areas which include hardware/ software, e-mail, network connectivity, standard desktop images and applications.
· Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/ software, passwords, printer and other peripheral device problems & minor A/V support.
· Responsible for entering tickets into ticket tracking system and assigning to the appropriate entity for resolution.
QualificationsRequired:
· AA/AS or Equivalent Experience
· 1 year of Help Desk Experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
· Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional
· CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
