Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Load various software updatesProvide maintenance on various computer hardwareMaintain organization and cleanliness in the operations roomTrack inventory of computer-related suppliesAnswer Help Desk Calls professionally and courtesilyAll other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass a criminal background checkMust be at least 18 years of ageDetailed knowledge of Microsoft workstation operation systemsExcellent problem-solving skills, including the use of remote management systemsAble to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education and/or Experience        

High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred1-3 years of working experience within PC supportExtensive experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Microsoft applications
