Help Desk Technician
Job Description A global medical device manufacturing company is looking to hire an IT Technician to support one of their manufacturing plants located in Aravada, Colorado. Responsibilities will include: hardware troubleshooting, including printers, servers, and tablets; troubleshooting network and connectivity issues; and Microsoft Office application support. Locally, this resource will be supporting about 150 end users and could also be asked to assist users remotely. On a day-to-day basis, the IT Technician will receive incoming ticket requests through the internal ticketing system and will be responsible for timely and efficient resolution. When needed, the IT Technician will also be interacting with their System Administration and Networking teams for any escalated issues. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Arvada 5 days/week. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of technical support experience, troubleshooting Tier 1/2 issues Strong experience troubleshooting hardware including: Zebra printers and Zebra tablets, Dell computers, office phones, servers, etc. Strong experience troubleshooting 0365 (specifically Outlook and Exchange) Experience with Windows imaging and PC refreshes Systems/Windows Administrator experience Excellent written and verbal communication Experience or knowledge about the manufacturing and supply chain industry Experience with SAP null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
