Help Desk Technician
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work for an insurance company in Jacksonville, Fl. As part of our Help Desk team, you will provide first level support to district personnel for field specified applications including, but not limited to field automation system, handheld computers, and agent web portal. You will occasionally work with network services, telecom vendors, and application development to fully resolve problems. You will troubleshoot, identify problems, resolve issues, and document issues and resolutions.
