What You’ll Do: Technical Support & Troubleshooting + Provide top-tier technical support—remote & in-person—via phone, email, and ticketing system. + Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across workstations, printers, phones, and tablets. + Assist with network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior IT pros. + Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and maintenance tools. + Keep track of IT assets and ensure smooth IT operations across the company. Ticket & User Management + Document and track all IT support requests, resolutions, and interactions. + Prioritize and resolve tickets efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
