Help Desk Technician I

Entry level position provides end user support for resolving username and password issues, verification of proper hardware and software set up, operating systems, mobile troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, network and application troubleshooting and problem resolution. Provides front line support for telephone calls and emails into the help desk.

Provides support to staff and customers by responding and following-up on internal and external customer support problems. Maintains support tickets in ConnectWise and authors knowledgebase articles for the self-service portal.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Ability/interest in learning new applications quickly.

Education:
• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:
• 2+ years in customer service or customer support required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.

*Successful completion of third-party background investigation and credit check required.
