The Help for Heroes® program was created to address the unique needs of military personnel, veterans, first responders and other high-risk frontline professionals. Through our specialized treatment tracks, individuals can overcome challenges brought on by repeated exposure to stress and trauma in the line of duty. Help for Heroes® provides treatment and therapy specifically geared for people who routinely face trauma, physical and mental stress, and life-threatening situations.

We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to facilitate, support, and assist the Help for Heroes intake process. This position will facilitate the intake process between the Help for Heroes team and military base referral personnel, command and/or service members. This role reports to the National Director of Operations for Help for Heroes.

What you will do in this role:

Communicate with facilities regarding new and pending intake referrals and make all necessary arrangements including travel, gathering all necessary information, paperwork, etc. Follow up on pending referrals.Ensure processes, plans, and policies align with the company's philosophy and objectives.Ensure Help for Heroes patients were admitted in a timely manner and update all necessary parties. Facilitate, coordinate, and arrange all incoming travel arrangements for the service members from their base to a specific Springstone facility while on call. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business/Healthcare Administration, or related field required.3+ years of clinical/hospital-setting experience is preferred.Valid driver’s license preferredExcellent verbal/written communication skills, comfortable with communication with the military, exceptional customer service skills, ensures compliance with all applicable national and state legal requirements for Call Center operations, such as HIPAA privacy, etc.
