Job Description A large home healthcare company is looking to hire 2 remote helpdesk technicians to provide support for a newly implemented Electronic Health Record (EHR)application. Each candidate will participate in a robust training program teaching them how to use the application so they can confidently support every caller. This individual will work off JIRA fielding ticket requests as well as incoming calls from clinical, office and corporate staff to resolve issues. The helpdesk technician will have access to training material as well as how to guides to ensure they have documentation to refer to when they cannot immediately resolve the issue. In addition, everyone will be required to sign a code of ethics as well as HIPPA forms to be eligible to work on this project. Technicians will be working in Eastern standard time zone. Compensation: $20hr to $25hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
