Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified **Helpdesk Associate** to join their team **onsite** in Dallas, TX and support hardware and software platforms. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Maintain desktop and laptop environments + Troubleshoot issues + Serve as the first line of defense for connectivity issues and escalate more complex problems to the IT Engineering team as needed + Provide support for and not limited to OneDrive, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory password resets, VPN, Mobile Device Email, MFA (Google Authenticator), and printer installations + Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software + Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills + Deliver remote and onsite helpdesk support using the ConnectWise ticketing system + Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system + Resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction + Maintain communication with customers throughout the problem resolution process + Monitor and respond promptly to requests received via the IT help desk + Manage the email and ticket tracking system, processing tickets based on priority + Report escalated issues to the Lead / Manager for further resolution + Image computers and collaborate with end users to upgrade equipment + Handle projects or tasks assigned by Manager _We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._ W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
