As a member of the IT team at Blueprint Medicines, you will partner with the organization and be a key contributor in different IT projects. What will you do?
Work with managed service vendor to provide help desk support for end users in a timely manner Resolve escalated help desk requests from managed service provider Provide support for AV equipment and meetings Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup) Manage software/patch deployment and inventory Help with system administration tasks in AD, Microsoft 365, and various other platforms as needed Help with desktop support on Windows and Mac computers Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues in software Work independently with minimal technical guidance to design and complete new projects
What minimum qualifications do we require?
Associate or bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in a related field preferred A+ and Network+ Certification is a plus Working knowledge of computer network concepts and basic network and systems troubleshooting Working knowledge of file share permissions Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android Experience with Active Directory operations Experience with Microsoft 365 operations Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems
