GDL need specific: Great level of English spoken and written.Native level command of English language is a plus.High School diploma / GED certificate at min. - IT related academic background is a plus.Some relevant college or technical school preferred.Technical certifications are a plus: (CompTIA; Microsoft; Cisco; HDI).Experience:  6+ months min., previous troubleshooting experience.Basic understanding of VLAN, VPN, VDI, PC components, IP Address, Active Directory is a plus.Personality attributes:
