Description Our organization is currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician to assist in spinning up our disaster legal services operations to support those affected by the recent devastation caused by Helene. We are looking to expand our time-sensitive response team with a dedicated individual who can provide high-level service to both our internal teams and affected parties. Responsibilities: + Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting guidance for IT related incidents and service requests. + Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac platforms on user's computers. + Serve as a primary point of contact for all tech-related matters. + Answer all incoming helpdesk requests via phone calls, emails or live chats. + Run small errands within the office as an office assistant, proving yourself to be a resourceful and adaptable team player. + Uphold and promote the company's mission during disaster services operations. Requirements + Proven prior experience in IT support or helpdesk role. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Robust personality, demonstrating patience, empathy, and resilience. + Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. + High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
