Short Description:

The resource will be responsible for applying predefined images to the agency PCs and laptops, as well as providing basic hardware troubleshooting.

 

Complete Description:

The main responsibility in this role will be applying predefined images to agency PCs and laptops and verifying successful completion.

 

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Installing approved software that is not part of the base image.

- Installing and configuring peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.) and drivers as necessary.

- Providing basic PC/laptop troubleshooting as required.

- Must be able to lift and move PCs, monitors, etc.

- Use ServiceNow to update and resolve trouble tickets.

- Provide basic customer service relating to helpdesk tickets.
