Job Description
PCI Pharma is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include assisting with account setup, software installations, system updates, and documenting issues using a ticketing system. Candidates should be self-sufficient, able to manage tasks independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Technical requirements include physical hardware experience with Dell systems and HP printers, cell phone experience with iPhones, knowledge of Active Directory, and basic troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Office Suite and Windows. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus. The salary for this position ranges based on years of experience and qualifications ($20-$25/hourly). THIS ROLE IS FULLY ON-SITE 5X A WEEK M-F IN PHILADELPHIA, PA.

Skills and Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to research and find solutions to unfamiliar problems.
- Self-sufficient and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office software.
- Physical hardware experience, including Dell systems.
- Experience with cell phones, particularly iPhones.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite and Windows troubleshooting skills. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.
- Troubleshooting experience on printers is a plus.
- Large deployment experience is a plus. null
