The Helpdesk Technician will be part of Trinity Solar's support team providing exceptional customer service by focusing on finding the right solution with each client. They will be a natural troubleshooter with the ability to also escalate issues proactively when needed.

Job Category: Entry to senior level positions available. Work locations: In office, remote, hybrid schedules available. Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience and education.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create help desk tickets indicating the service requiring support. Attempt to resolve tickets. Escalate tickets in some cases. Receive customer help desk phone calls and service requests for support. Provide direct production support services for application users by responding to operational problems that are funneled to the team via helpdesk tickets. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in related relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred certifications: A+, Network +, Windows Desktop. Preferred systems experience: Freshservices, Teamviewer. 3+ year recent, relevant experience in a helpdesk role providing PC support. Working knowledge of systems hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Exchange / Office 365 Support and understand Active Directory. Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized. Comfortable multi-tasking. Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere.
