Helpdesk Technician
Kforce's client is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Technician to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless IT operations for our business, supporting employees across a variety of tools and platforms while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. Responsibilities: * Helpdesk Technician will provide frontline IT support, including onboarding, offboarding, hardware/software troubleshooting, inventory management, and end-user training * Manage and support business applications such as Okta, Atlassian products, G Suite, JAMF, and Slack * Document procedures, policies, and technical instructions to improve team knowledge sharing * Collaborate with engineers on medium-to-large projects, seeing them through from start to finish * As a Helpdesk Technician, you will develop detailed technical specifications and user-friendly documentation * Identify and implement opportunities to reduce technical debt and operational inefficiencies
