Title: Helpdesk Technician/Computer Replacement Technician

Company: Health care and Health plan company on East Coast

Location: Hampton Roads location- onsite in Norfolk, Virginia

Must Haves:

Experience in a medical/clinic environment

Service Now and SCCM experience

2+ years of experience with similar "computer replacement" project work.

JOB SUMMARY

Computer replacement technician.

This position is for the annual computer replacement project and will last minimum of 3-4 months, possibly longer.

The candidate will have experience providing desktop support and especially experience with imaging and deploying computer systems.

Experience working in a clinical environment is a bonus.
