Job Description Insight Global is seeking Desktop Support Specialist for one of our top Banking clients in Des Moines, IA. The Service Desk Technician will be on a Service Desk Team that supports internal and external members. They will be a member of the Tier 1 team and work with the Tier 2 team tickets. This person will intake some calls but will also be helping with virtual desktops and rolling out computers to staff. This is a very collaborative, tight-knit team and the company has an amazing culture. There is room for growth and advancement into various of different IT roles throughout the organization. $23/hr to $28/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
