Como experto científico interno, el MSL construye y mantiene una relación de confianza sostenible con los EE (Expertos Externos) mediante una interacción científica robusta y un profundo nivel de ciencia. A través de una discusión científica bidireccional con el mensaje científico de GSK, el MSL transmite el valor de la ciencia de GSK a los EE y obtiene la voz médica del cliente (mVOC) para generar información significativa que nos permite comprender a los EE, a los pacientes y a nuestro entorno. Principales responsabilidades: · Construir relaciones científicas de igual a igual con Expertos Externos y sociedades científicas, alineadas con la estrategia terapéutica. · Recopilar y reportar mVOCs para impactar y fortalecer nuestras estrategias médicas. · Desarrollar y ejecutar planes individuales de compromiso con Expertos Externos. · Actuar como referente científico para entrenar a otros equipos de GSK en temas de productos y áreas terapéuticas. · Apoyar la implementación de programas de acceso temprano y otros esfuerzos para maximizar el impacto en los pacientes. · Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones internas y externas en el desempeño del rol. Calificaciones Básicas: Habilidades: Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo y capacidad para liderar cambios. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación científica. Experiencia: Idealmente 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica y compromiso científico exitoso con expertos externos. Experiencia en la evaluación y comunicación efectiva de medicina basada en evidencia. Educación/Certificación/Idioma: Título de posgrado en medicina, farmacia o ciencias de la salud. Inglés: Fluido o nivel avanzado de negocios. Calificaciones Preferidas: Experiencia como MSL en oncología es preferible. Experiencia en investigación básica en oncología es preferible. Why GSK?
