HEOR Clinical Project Manager
Job Title: HEOR Consultant
Job Description

The HEOR Consultant is responsible for developing projects to support the HEOR Strategy and tactics for Eye Care globally or in the US market in compliance with standards and policies. They are responsible for working closely with the HEOR Director and Retina Lead, in developing and executing projects, and day-to-day meetings and vendor management to support the HEOR Retina Strategy. They should possess demonstrated technical knowledge, and strategic expertise to support the HEOR Director in developing, coordinating & delivering innovative health economics & outcomes evidence generation solutions to (1) optimize treatment decisions (2) support label expansion & enhancement (3) maximize registration, and (4) ensure quality HTA evidence to accelerate global commercialization.1. Develops HEOR projects & conducts timely execution of robust & innovative research aligned to the strategy (specifically, cost burden studies, provider & hospital time and motion studies, ad board support, and support affiliate HEOR strategy validation).2. Works across all MA and HI pillars [COEs] to ensure delivery of research.3. Actively participates as a subject-matter expert in key cross-functional teams that are part of Pipeline Commercial Model and 1-7-5 process to facilitate alignment and integration of Global HEOR strategies / plans into the broader Integrated Evidence Plans.4. Responsible for communicating results of research to the Director and Strategy Lead in a timely manner.5. Utilizes outcomes expertise to inform and interface with Key Opinion Leaders, Patient advocates, and reimbursement decision makers / HTA.6. Executes research with key external thought-leaders [e.g. clinical, payer, patient advocacy etc] to and/or publish findings.7. Effectively partner with the Director and Retina Lead at strategic and tactical levels to generate and disseminate robust HEOR findings in support of a broad set of stakeholders.8. Contribute to continuous improvement and development of HEOR function through the support of functional initiatives and change management.9. Assures compliance of HEOR studies with established research standards.
