Overview
The Director, Sales Europe will be in charge of leading and implementing the sales strategy across the main European markets, mainly UK, Germany and France, and probably some other countries. This is an important position to achieve high-reaching revenue targets and facilitate growth.
What You'll Do Design and implement total sales strategies for core European markets Focus on bold revenue goals and driving significant growth Set, achieve short-team KPI’s while maintaining long-term strategic vision Lead the Go-to-Market process including accurate planning, forecasting, and sell-through tracking. Police sales tools, systems and processes implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Create powerful relations with key accounts as well as field accounts. Oversee all sales activities from prospecting/acquisition to closing/negotiation. Operate effectively within a matrix structure by working together with marketing, product development, finance, supply chain teams so as to be consistent with sales goals and consumer expectations. Developing of sales budgets, forecasts and presentations for senior management Participating in Top-to-Top Meetings with major key accounts. Lead your team effectively through leadership, coaching and training that will enhance their skills for improved performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to find opportunities or mitigate risks. What You'll Bring to the Table Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the sport/lifestyle market. Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in European markets. Strong knowledge of the German, French, and UK markets, including key players and industry trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency sales analytics tools. Ability to travel frequently within Europe. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
