Job Purpose: To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products
Responsibilities:
Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees The position is very hands-on - supervisors are usually in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift
Requirements:
Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred Demonstrated leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location possibilities include Atlanta, GA, Austin, MN, Beloit, WI, Dubuque, IA, Osceola, IA, Rochelle, IL, Papillion, NE, or Willmar, MN Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is made Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August
Compensation/Benefits:
