HFC Trainer

We are currently hiring a Trainer in the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. The Trainer is responsible for delivering a positive and enriching experience to current and future associates to successfully perform their respective job functions within HFC.

What you’ll do

Facilitate training program for new and existing members of the Hub Financial Center on workflows and processesConduct training follow-ups and refreshers with assigned team membersCommunicate and retain feedback as defined by curriculum, and make recommendations for training improvementsMaintain trainee progress tracker to communicate strengths and opportunities to the leadership teamCollaborate with all HFC accounting teams on understanding department responsibilities and instructional training needsDeliver training on immediate updates as assigned by the supervisor or coordinatorSubject matter expert in HFC policies and proceduresCreate professional and welcoming communications with all team members and leadershipAdditional projects as assigned

What you bring to our team

Strongly preferred 2+ years with a proven track record of delivering successful training programsAbility to balance multiple priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlinesA well-established understanding of accounting, financial concepts and controlsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsSolid interpersonal and engagement skillsStrong problem-solving skillsInsurance brokerage experience preferred but not requiredStrong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and PowerPointMust understand the need for flexibility in working schedule to meet deadlines and support a team

The expected salary range for this position is $23 to $32 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.  If you believe that your qualifications and experience surpass the minimum requirements for this role, we encourage you to submit your application.
